Recently on Ebay there was an indivudual company Quantum_Kwon selling a wide variety of UGG boots. Unfortunately they are all counterfeit. The boots are direct shipped from the manufacturer in China. The company is XINGREN CO LTD. This company has been under investigation for selling other fake articles, i.e. jewelry (watches). I have done a lot of investigation into Quantum_Kwon. It is a company that is located in Calgary Canada and is operated by Bertrand Kwon. Bertrand is a young 25 year old. His company employees 5 people. I unfortunately bought a pair of his classic tall ugg boots. When they arrived I new immediately they were fake and took them to a reputable company (The Walking Co) to compare. There was no comparison. I issued a complaint through PayPal. They resolved the issue within hours. I had my money refunded and Bertrand did not ask for the boots to be returned. His entire line of products have been pulled from Ebay. All I can say is be extremely careful purchasing UGGS on Ebay. There are reputable sellers on Ebay but there are very few.
