I ordered a Panasonic camcorder online from this vendor. They immediately charged my credit card, then called the next day, Monday, to tell me the item was out of stock. They then tried to sell me a higher priced model. I refused the offer and told them, both via phone and email the same day to cancel the order and credit my card. No credit has yet been posted to my card's web site. I am very leery of this vendor. They appear to be a classic bait and switch operation. At the minimum, they clearly follow highly unprofessional billing practices. My advice is, BEWARE THIS MERCHANT!!
