I paid 12, 000.00 dollars to this company for them to fly a couple guys out to california where I live to show me how to find property to wholesale a so called buyers list the company set up for me. It was a 4 day mentorship program and at the end of 4 days they assured me that I would have a house under contract even though I told them I had fears that southern cal is a different beast than most parts of the country market wise.. ANyway, It was not a full 4 days of mentoring since they we started on a monday and they flew out on a thurs early afternoon and the first day was basically spent getting them into a hotel that their office screwed up on in making the reservations. THe rest of the time was spent trying to find some good property to put under contract. To make a long story short the left here and I had not contract one in my hand AT ALL!! I paid money to this company to have them help me get a house under contract not just another expensive real estate class. I could get that anywhere for far less. THis company is scaming hundreds if not thousands of others in this way and I want to put them on notice. I have to file bankrupcy because of them and my credit is long since shot. if there is anyway you can help me recoups some of the money I lost that would be great but in anyevent put the word out to ALL investors to see: that rehablist.com is a BIG FRAUD...
