Ordered the ECig for my husband from an ad posted online. $4.95 for shipping. I thought I looked the page over very carefully, as I don't trust a lot of companies over the internet, did not see anywhere about having to cancel within 14 days or I would be enrolled in a monthly program. I wouldn't have ordered it, if I had seen that. This morning I check my email to discover that they had shipped out an order and charged my bank card $109.90. When I tried calling them, I was on hold for about 30 minutes, the customer service reps were extremely rude and basically said I was screwed. Wasn't getting my money back, no way, no how. They did cancel all future shipments. We'll see. I am so mad about this. To top it off, my husband doesn't even like it, so he's only used it twice. What a scam! Would love to see these people shut down.
