Stayed there 1 night while my daughter was having tests run at the Medical College of Georgia. A week after returning home, I checked my credit card account online and the hotel had charged 2 seperate $500. charges and one $300 charge!! Immediately I called the manager, he said that there was "water damage" to the room and that was the cost to repair. First of all, my shower was taken the night before I checked out and there was no "water issue" the morning I woke up. No one had even tried to contact me regarding this matter until I saw the charges! Still working with claims department of my credit card - but will sue them if it is not resolved through the credit card company. THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING FROM THEIR GUESTS!!
