I am unable to reach anyone by phone and my emails are no longer being responded to. I ordered a costume and they then shipped me the wrong size (found out through order confirmation).

The shipment was canceled and I have yet to receive credit. Now they are unreachable. They apparently falsely stated a 100% guarantee on their website.
