ECSI is a student loan company that gouges students when they try to repay their loans online. If you pay $1000 with your credit card they charge you $40.50; but if you pay $2000 then they charge you $80. I cannot believe that the Medical Univeristy of South Carolina uses this company that gouges its students after they graduate.
