I noticed an unauthorized debit to my account to a company I had not heard of. I called to verify what this was and was told that I agreed to this when I agreed to sample the "worthless" Hoodia for 1.99 and to read my information. I received the sample with NO paperwork inside the envelope, so I obviously had not received any information on a separate product that I did not order. I explained that I thought that this was crap that they felt the need to take 28.97 from my account for something I did not want or authorize. She just replied that I could not talk to her that way and that I needed to go online to cancel. I told her that I had her on the phone and I wanted it cancelled now and to not take any more money from my account. She refused. When I did go online with the information that can only be gotten from them because you never set up your own account, user name or password, that all comes from them. I found that there were two locations that I had to go to, and both showed that the accounts had expired. One was dated 9 days after the deduction showed on my statement, and the other showed an expiration date of 27 days later. The only thing I can see is that they will take all they can if you aren't paying attention.
