I will never take my car to this place again. I don't know how I could trust them with my car in the first place. Ed and Bens is a rip off. I wish I could see that before or would have read the reviews about them before. I would have never tried my luck with them. I hate my friend for referring that rip off to me! I wish I had the authority to shut down the place. I would have done that long time back. I had taken my car there for an oil change and tuning. They asked me to come after a day or two, I can't recall. Anyway that doesn't matter. When I went to pick up my car they said that there was some noise come from the radiator. They asked me if I would like them to have a look at it. I refused coz I did not have the money for it at the moment. The guy then told me that one of the service techs was horsing around in the shop and dropped his tool box on my car leaving tools to fall all inside my car. I told them to fix it for half the rate they agreed to give a 15% discount. I got it done but my car doesn't run like it used to before I got it to this sabotaging center.
