“Beware” of a company called “Eden Barn” (EB). They represent themselves in a variety of forms one being the Eden Barn Foundation. This foundation is not a non-profit according to the IRS. Eden Barn is located in the Reno/Carson City Nevada area. There website, www.edenbarn.org provides no info and is a single page.

Eden Barn claimed they could provide low interest financing for a home purchase for an upfront fee of $2, 200. This financing was being arranged by a Frank Stempfer who was supposed to be a Millionaire Philanthropist, this was Frank's way of "giving back."
David Thawley of Henderson, Nevada and SANDY E. (SANDRA) RAINEY of Newcastle, CA are also part of the SCAM collecting $2, 200 upfront from unsuspecting victims.
Although they started collecting upfront fees in 2008 NO LOANS HAVE BEEN FUNDED TO DATE !!!
