I have two personal loan accounts with Edgars and would like to get rid of them as soon as possible. Thus I need settlement amounts for them. However! Since February I tried to phone VARIOUS NUMBERS given by their personel, putting me through from one to another, listening every time for 10 minutes music on my cell phone while waiting for the next available agent, just to put me through to the next person and then the whole story started from scratch!!! I also haven't receive any invoices over the last few months! I send e-mails to Edgars ([email protected]) and also comment on their facebook, this was forwarded to the necessary departments, but I am still waiting for assistance from them! On 16 march I received a reference number with a promise to follow up, 1316664/20100316/S.G.I but no response yet! Ha! Ha! Ha! As far as I know, one of these 2 loans should be settled by now, but the debit orders for both are monthly still beiing deducted from my bank account. Can you please assist?
