Ordered an arrangment, never received confirmation/tracking number so ordered another one next morning, thinking I never clicked "Process". Same delivery guy delivered TWO arrangments. I thought I gave my phone numbers and e-mail so they could get in touch with me! No phone call, just $220 less money in my pocket.
