the company has taken so many checks from my account. I did not sign up for this account. I have filed with the FCC Identity Theft Fraud. They even spelled my name wrong on one of the online checks. The bank is working with me to credit these fraudulent claims. The main offender is one of the biggest abusers of identity theft. I am left with an overdrawn account since all of the the non sufficient fees were taken off. I am on social security and have a fixed income. This event has left me an emotional mess, where I have had to seek emergency sessions from my doctor and worry were my next meal was coming from. I am at my wits end and need both this company and my bank to work with me to solve this mess. This has gone on for too long and I won' t stand for it any more.
