I ordered a Quartz heater #VHK and an E-Z Digital Watch set. Web reference # was 22649323. I even clicked for the Haband perks registration. I have called 5 times today trying to find this order as I was told to do Friday so I could addGift codes 9GR and 90B02 but nobody can find the order. I was finally told to call Capitol One and see if the order went thru. Well the order did not go thru but the perks registration did. Go figure. I have spent over 2 and one-half hours of my time, it's just as precious to me as yours is to you, and I still don't have an order. Today I was trying to place another order to use the $15 coupon and itemM714-VBC02 will not price buy one, get one free. Yous customer sevice has been getting worse and worse and the only solution I know is to quit ordering from Haband. It's too frustrating and time consuming.
