Bad icecream and service

I wanted icecream so we made a special trip to the store to purchase icecream. I decided on Edy's Max Cookie Dough. So when I got it home the left side of the container was empty and there were ice chips in the ice cream. So I decided to go to their website to let them know. I tried to voice a complaint on their page however when I submitted the complaint I was advised that the page was unavailable. I then tried to submit the complaint on the parent website Dreyer but again got the same error message. Oh and they are closed right now so I plan on calling tomorrow. Really just let me file a complaint on the product I didn't like. If you don't want complaints don't say to call or go the website if the product isn't to your liking.

glass in ice cream

I bought and eat Edy's ice cream and crunched down on GLASS. IT CRUNCHED in my teeth. I had several pieces of the very thin glass. I called the company and gave them the numbers off the carton and they said they would check into it and send me a package to send the glass to them to be checked out. I did as they requested . WELL, THAT WAS LAST JULY 2008!! I have since called them and all they will say is that it has been sent to a lab to check it out and they will notify ME as soon as they find out anything. I quess they don't really don't care if I lived or died. I called on 9-11-08 and "the sample of glass was still at the lab, no results yet, will let me know". Mr. Randal Bush, you are doing a poor job of Edy's Consumer Response Representative. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU EAT EDY'S ICE CREAM - LOOK OUT FOR GLASS!!!
