This company advertises a 90 day money back guarantee. I purchases an "Energy saving Nitro" based on their refund policy, believing I was safe from lies and fraud. After receiving their product, I used many different techniques to evaluate the product. I found the product useless and the energy savings promise to be groundless. After complaining to the company I was sent a larger capacity "Nitro". It too was found to be without effect and virtually useless. After complaining again I was told that I would have to comply with many useless and irrevelant conditions during which time the company would "work with me" to resolve my complaints. Any refund seems like only a remote possibility.

It seems that this company will do everything to frustrate and delay the refund. Certainly any promised guarantee is a lie and any consumer purchasing a product from this company should expect a useless article and no effective avenue of recourse.
