Placed original order. No response for 1 week. No ability on website to check status of/cancel an order. NO VALID CONTACT INFORMATION! Called phone number and left repeated messages (no answer; no replies); Sent e-mail (to '[email protected]' rejected) and left voicemail asking that order be canceled. No replies EVER. Received shipment notice 4 weeks later.

Again left voicemail - never any answer or reponse; Received shipment and order was incomplete. This company is completely unprofessional and exhibits outlandishly irresponsible behavior. All of my correspondences have gone unanswered. If this transaction at all reflects common experience, consumers should avoid this company like the plague.
