I bought two frozen eggroll wrappers at H mart in Naperville on Aus.17 2008
Today sep.3.2008. I found out these two wrappers don't have expire date on it.
So I went to store tried to reture these wrappers and a few other items. But H
mart coustom service desk cashier fefused me immediately. She told me by store
policy return must be made within 7 days of the purchase. I told her at lest you
let me return these two wrappers . After all your store shouldn't sell merchandises
don't have expire date. This violate food policy. It is not safe to eat. She said to
me as long as over 7 days we don't refure any products we sold under any
circumstance. End up i have to take these wrappers back home which i would never
eat. I am so upset and frustrating . First of all, as grocer store, they shuldn't sell
products without expire date( I even saw some prducts already expire on their shlf)
Second, they can't choose store policy over American food policy. I tihink they are
doing business in unprofessional and unethic manner . This against American law.
