We book 10 days Egypt Nile Cruise & Tour on 12/09. It was confirm by US that our cruise ship is MS Carnival, MS Carnival was not a 5 **, it was downgraded to Crocodile Carnival Ship. Be aware ! they are both the same cruiseship name. They don't even have a nice Gym. room, all the equipment was out dated & not even working. We were ripoff by the cruise ship. This ship is rated 2**. The food is poor quality overall, the tower are filthy & torn apart & dirty pillow. Pyramids Park Resort in Cairo, the bed sheet with stain in the first day, too far from main entrance, shower not working properly, towel with yellow stain, mattress too old and too soft . We book Abu Simbel for $250.oo. Stay for 1 1/2 hr. not worth it, stay in the cruise ship for the whole afternoon instead of giving more time in Abu Simbel. I will not recommend to book this tour. This was book as a group tour, we end up with a whole group of travel agent who went with us. They were in a discounted site comparing to the regular booking vendor. We will ripoff by this tour. We file a complain to Sunnyland in Florida for the poor service, they are not helpful & it was not resolve. I am not happy with their services.
