ESBI has added $19.95 to my Qwest Bill for my home phone. The are billing me monthly for Voicemail Monhtly Fee. I do not have voicemail on my home phone and I do not own a cell phone. When I called their telephone number, all I got was a pre-recorded message that told me to hold for customer service and them I would be hung up on. I filled out their customer service request form online, and of course, no one contacted me. I am furious! Something needs to be done about companies like this one. I will not pay for something I did not order or receive!
