This company is a one man show. I urge you to stay away and keep your money. We ran on this software for about 4 years and had problem after problem after problem. The programmer, Chris, was, frankly, a half-ass. Whenever he "fixed" something, it was a "workaround" or a "temporary fix", which would just lead to more problems. I had literally pages of issues that ABSOLUTELY needed to be resolved, and he named these pages a "wish list". A wish list? Seriously? This guy does not answer his phone or e-mails. Horrible customer service. To this day, I have issues from 4 years ago that have not been resolved. All we got was the run around. "We're working on this module, we're woking on that module". NOTHING EVER GOT DONE. He has one customer he cares about (Red Diamond). If you are not them, prepare to be dissapointed.
