This replacement ink hosed my printer

taking Lexmark tech support considerable time & effort to fix it. Eink2go agreed to swap the ink (only after I spent additional $ on postage), but returned the ink to me AFTER TESTING ON THE WRONG PRINTER MODEL. They told Discover Card "We have kept in steady contact with this customer, "

but did NOT respond to my last two emails (11/6 & 14/10). I will NEVER do business with this company again!
