The El Presidente Cozumel hotel is excellent except for the time share manager in which she ripped off my family with lies and misrepresentation. we have sought legal action and filed with the BBB in the USA. This lady is also married to a Mexican National that hates American tourists and threatens them on the island, we have contacted the US Justice Department also of this to submit a travel advisory.
