I took advantage of the "free trial period" for $3.87 and immediately cancelled on August 31st. Was charged $40.27 on 9/9 and $1.50 on 9/10 without receiving any product. Called to complain and they assured me that my card would be refunded. Then again on 10/1 I was charged for $88.17 and $2.97 but this time I did receive the product. Same deal as before: called to complain and was yet again assured my money would be refunded. This time I called and cancelled my credit card and sent in a letter of dispute to Visa but found yet another charge on 10/15 for $9.84. Every time I call they continually tell me that my request will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Isn't there anything legally we can do to shut these people down?
