I sent my grandsons Toshiba Laptop to them early in August...I can not get them to return it. I have had numerous calls to them and each time it is a different story. Twice they said it was on its way. I have contacted the local police department as well as the Attn General of Florida. Hopefully I will get some results. This company is everything that is written about them...bad news!
