Started with comprehensive initial consulting and clinical assessment, we will review various aspects from medical issues, cognitive and emotional well-being, to support network. For home support, we serve as a referral source and do the initial screening, reference and CORI background checks to help client finds a care giver that matches the interpersonal style and skill set needed to maintain a quality of life at maximum comfort and success.
