Online bought electric bicycle paid through Westren Union$320/-on 7th Sept 2010. After receiving money asked send more for custom in china.I did not send money.Mr.Zou Yan Ping made false excuses then I asked to send my money back .He promised to send money before 10th Oct. Now he is not sending bike nor money.He has robbed me. Please help me.
