For my request, this company provided same-day service. I called them today to schedule the first alert smoke detectors installation. Their electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. Since then, I've been pleased with the customer service. They were well-equipped to deal with any process issues that arose. I'm going to give them five stars for a job well done!
