I had been a Amazon Seller for more thant 2 years. never have a bad review in another word I was a 5 star in my rating until nov 24, 2009. My account was suspended. why? because I had received order on my Amazon storefront of some items I had never posted and I decide to cancel those wrong order for product that don't belong to me.
Ones I got those order in error I decided to send a nice letter to those people that had placed those order to explain that I don't had those product, I explain that I never had those products on my inventory, I said on that email that I was sorry for the inconvenient but for some mistake on Amazon data base I received these order can no be fullfill.
I wrote to Amazon but was a waste of time, they transfer me to the "seller performance dept, another waste of time. finally I wrote a couple of emails just waste of time.
Anyway, my account was closed and it seam to me that will be closed forever.
My wife try to open after that another account with her own information but was suspended next day, they sent a email that said: your account was closed because is related with another account that is closed too.
this is rediculo. it seam to me that they are doing so good that they don't need even the clients.
They loss a vendor, they loose a associated and a client.

In another word:
"I had been punish for Amazon Seller performance dept for been honest with my clients.
Question: How can I charge clients for items I never posted on my storefront?

Amazon is a great place to sell product but they probably don't need you or me...they are too big already!
