I ordered Nintendo Wii from Electronix.com(http://www.electronix.com) and their representative after confirming our purchase told us that they will ship it the next business day.

I waited at home to get the delivery but got nothing. I tried to call and email but received no response from the customer service.

They did charge my credit card, but no product was shipped. If someone was in a similar situation please share with me what you did to resolve it.
