I bid from the person in ebid for a phone, and there they stated they accepted paypal. But when I won I couldn't pay via paypal. Instead, she wanted me to pay via 2checkout.com . Then I complained to ebid about it and she got suspended for further investigation. A few days letter she sent to a whole bunch of people saying she sells cheap electronics stuffs and this is the website http://elektrall.vstore.ca . Can someone verify it's scam or not? It doesn't show the method of payment and so on too.
