Our practitioners provide well women care, physical exams, sick visits, diabetes management, DOT physicals, weight loss management, and more, all with attention to detail. We also work closely, as needed, with our sister clinic, Elemental Health & Wellness, which provides mental health services.

Our most common service is well care visits, providing that patient/doctor relationship where we can make sure everything is going well, address any concerns, and build trust for if something more acute comes up.

Wellness care also includes well women's care—which is women’s annual exams. And wellness care can also include diabetes management and weight loss management. We take a holistic approach making sure that mind and body are working together towards a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Another common service we provide are sick visits, or same day visits for patients when they are ill and need to be seen by a doctor immediately. We do our best to see patients on the same day, or next day, if they call when they are sick.

A feature of Elemental Health Primary Care that makes us unique is our connection to Elemental Health & Wellness. This is our sister clinic that provides therapy and other mental health services.
