I had my hair fried to where it has falled out and is totally distroyed by a stylist, Barbara Lhotan at Elie Elie spa in their Winchester, VA location, she charged me $225 for stripping the back of my shoulder length blond hair to get the red out, she did not tell me what she was doing because I would of stopped her, my hair was already over processed and I trusted her since I had been there a year earlier and she colored my hair, now I am going to have to cut my long hair short because I can not style it nor color it, I called Elie Elie and told him I wanted the $225 back; he would not talk to me so I had to leave a message; I called Barbara and she told me to come in so she could fix it, her fix it was to put in 6 extensions to make it appear fuller, they were darker than my hair and looked horrible, the next week I made her take them out of when she pulled more of my hair out along with them, she then put in a semi color which lasted only 2 shampoos, still would NOT refund my $225; I would never recommend Elie Gerdak nor Barbara to anyone, their customer care is horrible.
