Because of possible malfunction, my gas meter was removed for testing. However, the Elizabethtown Gas Co. refuses to send me a written report of test keeping me in dark whether it was ever done, performed properly, or performed under supervision to avoid any bias. This information should not be a secret thing to the Utility company. Is there a way to get the written report from them describing details of meter test findings?
