Home is where our heart is…at Elohimhcs Agency we are with you to help you stay as independent as possible in whatever setting you may call home. We can provide an RN, LPN, Nurse Aide and companion services. These services can be in your home, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility and/or in a hospital setting. Wherever you reside, whether temporary or permanent, we will be there.

Our experienced home care staff is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our care is guided by a RN/Nurse Practitioner who will develop individualized plans of care based on the needs of your loved one.
