My laptop has been sent in many time's to get fixed, and this time when i sent it in, they wouldn't fix it because the "caseing" isn't under warrenty, which is hailirous, because it broke by it's self, i shouldn't have to pay 500$ dollar's to fix a 300$ computer, that's a little extreme, there is a warrenty THEREFORE they should fix it, i didnt break it so i shouldnt have to pay for it, Emachine laptops are garbage this is my second or third one and each one when it gets sent back it has to get a new harddrive, and now this time the case is broken and they won't fix it? that's stupid, i'm considering taking them to court over this.
