Friendly, informative, and super professional and efficient. These guys are the BEST! I'm so glad I am able to support this awesome local business. They were prompt in coming. They totally let me hover and watch (which is super calming, for some odd reason) while they cleaned. I am unbelievably impressed by the quality -- my carpet is a real challenge.
