Last month I bought a 10 * 12 ft backdrop stand from Emart Photography website. At first I thought it might be a cheaply made stand because it only cost $75, and same size which on B&H may cost over $100. The shipping is just so so, it took almost 5 days arrival. Before I opened it, I could feel it is kinda heavy. When I took all parts out, I was surprised, whole stands are made of metal (iron or Aluminum), and they are really sturdy. Support stand built-in dual spring cushion, which makes it safety while using. I use it for paper backdrop, and it is totally no problem.
Really recommend for someone who needs wedding, events, or photo studio.
