This company whom I have never heard of and certainly did not authorize charges, is charging $14.95 on my Verizon home phone bill for something called Emergency Message Systems . Unfortunately, I realized this on a Sunday night and there was not much I could do about it because Verizon Customer Service was closed and the phone number listed for Phoneticom is bogus. I can't believe that with all of the complaints about this company, nothing has been done to stop them.
