9/21/2008-Bought 2 pcs. "non-precharged" Li ion Rechargeable CRV3 batteries(RADIO SHACK does not carry chargers for this batteries, hence no way to test its functionality). After my charger arrived(ordered from e-bay), I found out that only one was good. Retained the good one and RADIO SHACK refuse to honor the bad battery for return.The product carries a 1 year warranty aside from from my California consumer rights. The purchase amount is not enough to cover the hassle of going back and forth.WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN OR IN THE FUTURE. SO, BUYER'S BEWARE!
