I did not authorize a $47.00 charge to my account. I want it returned!

unauthorized charge to credit card
I was checking my credit card statement on the 28th and noticed an authorized withdrawl from my card on 03/13/09 Emillionairesystem 8009523046 47.00 us 61.73 Canadian I DEMAND a full refund and if i don't get it i will be charging them with theft.

I too ordered $1.95 item from this compay and was chared an additional $47.00. I also never have received anything from them. This is a scam!
