it is happened to me and my 4 years old daughter on 3 december 2008 I took flight Departure damascus airport arrival jakarta Indonesia <br />
I got E-ticket 3 dec 08 damascus - dubai 6 dec 08 dubai - jakarta I have 3 days in dubai I planned to transit and arrange my 3 days to go out from airport to stay with my husband ( he had resident n work in dubai) and it was the second time I've done the same thing I can buy the 96 hours stay visa n hotel voucher in dubai Airport <br />

when they saw my schedule that I have 3 days transit the staff in boarding reject me than she said not allowed stay more than 24 hours<br />
and she told me to speak with her supervisor when I go to her and I explained to her I will arrange the visa for 96hours as soon as I arrive in Dubai airport I know this procedure and I 've been doing it i previous year<br />
and Her answer is NO there is no visa for 96 hours and I can't do that and again she said I"M working with EMIRATES I know for sure this rule and I siad Ok chek out my passport entry and exit from past 2 years you will see my details entry visa or 96 hours and I stil have copy and original peper when I made this document<br />

She not respond my explaination she just SHOUTING TO OTHER STAFF THAT SHE SAID I MAKE HER HEADEACE AND TIRED in arabic language and I told her I understand what u said as a supervisor u dont know what you are doing just tell me what should I do and where to go to settle down<br />

Please send my complaint to the airline JUST PROOVE IF THEY DESERVE TO GET THE TOP AIRLINE SERVICES IN MIDDLE EAST whit these kinds of services they have
