I opened a new salon in 2008. I surfed the web looking for affordable equipment to furnish it with. I ran across Empire Beauty Equipment. I should have known during the ordering process that this company was trouble. They ran my credit card BEFORE getting my order verified!

Since then, I have ran into a couple of issues with the furniture itself. It is within the warranty period and have been trying to get them to honor it. They have NOT sent the items they CLAIM on 4 occasions now they have sent.

These guys are crooks and should be put out of business!

I am currently in contact with a law firm that will either get me my parts to keep me in business or hopefully take these guys out and keep other small business owners from experiencing this same tragedy!

DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE CROOKS!
