Contracted with United Moving and Storage to move from Orlando to Raleigh but ended up with Empire on pickup. They left items behind, changed the price to twice the estimate, failed to pick up or deliver on scheduled dates, didn't weight the load or allow us to see the actual weight, demanded 150% of estimate to unload and held load hostage a week. Did not allow check off of inventory on unload, lost, broke, or damaged many items, will not honor $25,000 insurance policy.
