I made a claim to the Employment Tribunal against former employer company and provided the Tribunal with necessary evidence.

During the time when I was collecting additional evidence (that I can provide the Employment Tribunal with them) they close my case and stored it in the archive in the basement along with other cases without informing me of such of decision.

Due phone conversation I requested an explanation from the Employment Tribunal side about their decision to do so and still haven't receive any response.

Shortly after that on the same day i also sent an e-mail and received reply that the judge is going to deal with my case but still haven't hear from her.
