We gave Emirats air our baby stroler at the start of our trip back to the states when we got to Dubai airport thay told us we will get it in NY JFK when we got to NY we filed a missing baggage claim after we could not find our stroler. We called and called and called, all Emirats reps can tell us is I am sorry and give us a bogus number that no one ansers. I have been leaving messages on this # since Aug 28 and no one will call back. I was planing on flying with Emirats every year but after this horrible expirance I will never do that mistake again, and from what I read on complaints it looks like I am not the only one with this expereance, many more unlucky passangers flying over-seas with many bags and small children have suffered. So be advised and worned DO NOT FLY EMIRATS!!!
