I have sent a 10kg parcel from Japan on 22nd April with an assurance from EMS Japan that it will reach my home in max 4 days. Its 4th May 2008 today, I have reached home from Japan but not the parcel yet.
The status shown is Customs BOM. Can any one let me know by their experience what can be done to speed up the delivery?
