poor customer service

this is sad that there's no united states number to call. I order a bag and two pairs of sunglasses over 3 weeks ago and still noting and no way to contact them. the EMS is no sort of help. there's no way to even cancel the order and get my $78.00 back. I wouldn't recommend ordering from replicab2b.com they may have good prices but difficult to receive merchandise or get your money back.

Lost

Hi,bought and paid for unit from china on the 18/11/13.got tracking number that worked,and tracked my unit to uk cumtoms lingley,where it seem to have stay,as I heard no more about this unit,only that it had been lost.after weeks arguing with the seller,they said they would refund me half the money ($830) or send me another unit.i choose the unit,and they send me new number(rc179790688cn) four weeks ago.i cannot get this number to work.the seller said it works on there end,but will not tell me where my unit is.i do not know if the number is a scam number or what ,but it will not work,and I still have nothing after four mouths.does anyone know what I can do,to get my unit.or get a full refund.
