I recently went to return this petzoom product that didn't work at all. I had my recipt but it had expired a few days earlier. Being that we live a ways away we don't make it to the city to often. I like other complaints simply was wanting to exchange it for one that might work. But to my avail I guess I will never know. I was given this little paper with this e-mail on it and was told that I would have to take this matter up by e-mail. What a crock of, I have spent over hundreds in this store, but as of now I will be telling everyone that I know to go else where before they get burned like I did. It is to bad that a store this size doesn't know how to work with their customers, you won't see me buying at gardenridge even if it saves me money. David Thexton
