BUY ELSEWHERE! EMTC Company offers crappy products, poor service as an art form, and forget about their claimed
guarantee because it is not honored. Their BBB rating of 'F' is well deserved! I bought four batteries from EMTC
Company for my cordless phones in December 2009. Apparently I was lucky because they all worked for a couple
months. By mid summer only one was still working well enough that the phone would ring more than once before
shutting off. When I contacted them about their failed batteries in September, they sent me an RMA number. I
returned the batteries as asked, but never got replacements or a response. When I asked about them in November,
they asked for a tracking number. Who gets a tracking number for bad batteries? After telling them I had no
tracking number, they never responded, and never replaced the batteries. Don't be fooled by the nice picture on
their website- it doesn't match their address! (look at google's street view of 2114 South Susan Street, Santa Ana,
CA, 92704) It appears this is a one person company, Paul Godwin, and he and EMTC Company should be avoided like
the plague!
